{ Arumat was once a Captain of a crew -- which he was not only responsible for making sure followed orders well but in a smaller scale also making sure their well-being was... well. More than passable.

Still, he wouldn't term it as "concern" -- or any such nonsense. He framed their meeting well after trial, mentioning off-hand if she would like to speak of a few subjects. She seemed the type to be in for the pursuit of knowledge, after all.

He was used to having people in his room, even back on The Calnus and as it was the closest in distance, they met here. People may assume because of his attitude he wouldn't allow people into a space like this, but surprisingly that wasn't the case. Hell, he was even used to sharing a room with someone.

That aside... he made a move to sit down on his bed. }

{ Because honestly, everyone is saying they're from Earth practically but ... events seem different for some reason. Also, this could be a good distraction from what happened. }

It looks about what you'd expect a world to resemble, composed of basic and complex matter and currently inhabited by alien creatures who want to wipe out humanity.

The planet isn't really going to be of much help. The aliens themselves this time are called the Triangulum.

...What, is there some kind of long line with various aliens waiting in to get their turn at killing humans?

{ It's starting to sound bigger than aliens just wanting to kill humans because "it's for the good of the universe". Or maybe they're all that stupid--wouldn't surprise him. }

What's effective against those aliens in particular? And am I to assume they've managed to make Earth look like a living hell?

{ Since they're living there too, that is. }

They've managed to make Earth look like they're plunging great chunks of it into nothingness. As for what's effective... it differs. Elemental spells or demonic assistance, usually.

{ He'll consider that -- Earth has a lot of catastrophic desctruction scenarios. Something that Eldar shared on one count, it seems. }

...Demonic assistance? Is that where your skill of 'smacking demons into submission' comes handy?

Demons don't respond to much beyond forceful persuasion. Some take a little more than others.

I find using it against enemies who don't know what they're up against can produce satisfactory results. When was your greatest moment of triumph?

What is an Eldarian, exactly? What makes you so different from humans? Longer lifespan? Different-colored blood? Reproduction cycles?

[ FUMI. ]

An Eldarian is someone from the planet Eldar. We're almost indistinguishable from humans, in appearance -- the way our ears appear is the only noticeable trait that someone can use to differentiate us from humans.

As for blood color, we bleed the same as humans. Lifespans are similar to humans unless you undergo any sort of operation for whatever reason.

Our reproduction cycles could be considered different since most of my race preferred to have individuals born in tubes instead of the usual way humans reproduce. Although, this is also because of the extreme conditions Eldar had, which would make traditional means too difficult.

Extreme conditions? Was the planet in some sort of decline?

Eldar was in extremely close proximity to a red giant, when it still existed in space. So we had to make due. That said, our time was limited on our planet because of this and we were making plans to leave permanently.

{ He doesn't know why he elaborated a little more than necessary, but he figures it doesn't really matter anyway. }

I see. So you were evacuating.

However, we had to leave much earlier than planned. From your own experiences, I'm sure you've had to deal with the sudden appearance of "monsters" making the situation dire and even ruining plans.
